Tea Bag Art |
Using the decoupage technique with used tea bags, I make beautiful hand-painted photo frames, mirrors and mounted wall panels, . The designs represent ethnic, primitive, abstract artwork. 85% of my products are made from 'up-cycled' items that have been lovingly restored.

Frames, Mirrors and Framed Artwork
Redbush (Rooibos) Tea Bags are used to create all my products. After infusing the tea bag it is dried and the tea removed. The bag is ironed flat and pasted onto the surface using PVA Glue. The designs are drawn in pencil and then painted using Metallic Acrylic paint.
